Boutique Manager
This is an opportunity to lead one of London's most beautiful luxury boutiques, taking ownership of a flagship environment where exceptional client experience, commercial performance and community engagement go hand in hand.
This isn't simply about running a boutique. It's about creating a destination.
We're looking for a commercially astute retail leader who genuinely enjoys building relationships, developing people and growing a business through proactive client engagement, networking and unforgettable experiences. You'll be someone who naturally looks beyond the four walls of the boutique, identifying opportunities to connect with local businesses, private clients and community partners to continually grow awareness and drive sales.
You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver an elevated, highly personalised luxury experience whilst setting the benchmark for service, clientelling and commercial excellence.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of the flagship boutique, leading a passionate team whilst driving every aspect of the client journey, commercial performance and operational excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
