Boutique Manager - Knightsbridge - £50-57k + excellent commission/bonus package

- Experience in relevant industry (luxury watches, jewellery or fashion)
- An expert in clientelling and the ability to coach a team in how to successfully build and manage a client book
- Somebody who can create a culture of coaching and teamwork within a showroom
- A pro-active relationship developer who is able to deliver commercially, both in terms of sales but also in events, partnerships and new business
- A person with a track record of developing individuals and teams into high performers, turning high potential into high achieving
