Role Description
The Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role includes:

- Managing and motivating the boutique team
- Coordinating staff schedules
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Engaging directly with clients
- Providing personalised styling and product guidance
- Handling customer queries and service issues
- Monitoring sales performance
- Supporting inventory management
- Collaborating with leadership on local marketing activities and boutique events

Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, and ready-to-wear.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in boutique or retail management, with a focus on high-end or luxury environments.
- Team management skills, including coaching, performance oversight, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Proven sales and clienteling abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in store presentation and operations.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury goods and familiarity with POS systems are beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and eligibility to work in the UK.
