The Role As the Boutique Manager, you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each honey’s individual characteristics. To be successful in this role, you will possess the ability to be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on all the tips & tricks to build your team into a confident collaborative hive and drive positive red-carpet experiences for all honeys (and/or their partners) visiting Honey Birdette - ensuring they never fall short of product to fulfil their honey b needs. xx This role reports into the respective Area Manager. Key Responsibilities Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique. Raising customer engagement & satisfaction. Empowering and encouraging of honeys needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note. Leading, coaching and providing feedback to honey team. Your Sweet Spots (About You) At least 2-years’ experience in retail or hospitality environment Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience. Self-motivated and passionate about your team’s development and setting them up for success. Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded. Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the Honey B brand. Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
