Company Description

Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. A Soho Legend since 1959. For more than six decades, Ronnie Scott’s has been at the centre of London’s jazz scene. Famous worldwide, the club is where the great and the good of jazz - and its rising stars - meet the city’s most passionate audiences.

The Role

The Box Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests purchasing tickets for live performances at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. The role involves handling ticket sales, answering customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling tickets in person, by phone, and online using the box office ticketing system – Craft cms
  • Assisting customers with enquiries about shows, seating, pricing, and availability
  • Processing payments accurately and securely (cash and card)
  • Issuing tickets, reservations, and guest list confirmations
  • Handling ticket exchanges, refunds, and booking amendments in line with venue policy
  • Liaising with front-of-house, management, and promoters regarding nightly shows
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data protection procedures are followed
  • Supporting crowd flow and customer queries during busy performance times
  • Representing Ronnie Scott’s professionally and upholding its reputation
