We’re looking for an upbeat, personable Box Office Host to be the welcoming face of The Three Sisters. This hybrid role combines box office ticketing with front-of-house hosting, providing outstanding service to guests both in person and over the phone. If you’re organised, efficient, and love creating great first impressions, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role
As a member of the Box Office team, your role will include:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly first impression.
- Manage ticket sales and assist with customer enquiries.
- Handle calls, emails, and booking requests professionally.
- Work closely with the events and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Upbeat, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Computer literate – experience with ticketing or booking systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in box office, reception, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Full training will be provided.
