About The Role

Venue Crew Supervisor
Full-Time, 37 Hours
Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Box Office Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our Box Office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Box Office Managers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming ticketing service for all visitors. Your experience in a supervisory Box Office position, along with your expertise in ticketing systems, will be crucial as you help drive sales, optimise processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You’ll also collaborate with internal teams such as programming and marketing, as well as external promoters, to ensure we meet the demands of our busy music venue. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
This role will meet the requirements of our busy music venue and will work to a roster over evenings and weekends.
