Baby / Younger Boys Designer London (Holborn) | Hybrid Working

A well-established and highly reputable childrenswear supplier, with over 50 years’ experience partnering with leading UK high street retailers, is looking to recruit a Baby / Younger Boys Designer to join their growing design team.

The Role This is a hands-on, creative role focused on designing commercial and trend-led ranges across key categories including knitwear, swimwear and separates.

You will be responsible for:

Designing and developing CAD ranges using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Creating graphics, prints and trend-led concepts for baby/younger boyswear Producing detailed technical packs for sample development Presenting ranges confidently to internal teams Liaising with overseas factories to ensure design intent is maintained Conducting competitor and trend research (including potential travel) Supporting the wider design process with strong organisation and communication

The design and experience must haves to be shortlisted Recent experience in Baby Boy's and Boyswear (knitwear/swimwear desirable) with a high street supplier of high street retailer Strong Adobe skills (Illustrator & Photoshop essential) Good understanding of garment construction Ability to design graphics and prints (Procreate experience beneficial) Interest or experience in AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly) Highly organised, proactive, and trend-focused Excellent communication and presentation skills Commutable to London and eligible to work in the UK
