Role Overview
We are seeking a client-facing Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI & Intelligent Automation to drive AI-led solutioning across pursuits, RFPs, strategic pitches, and existing DPO accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, architecture, and business consulting. The primary objective is to increase win rates, shape large AI-led deals, and build a qualified automation pipeline across multiple business value chains.
The ideal candidate combines strong AI and automation expertise with commercial acumen, storytelling ability, and executive engagement skill.
Key Responsibilities

AI Opportunity Identification Across Value Chains
- Identify automation and AI insertion points across various business functions (Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Procurement etc) and Industry-specific value streams
- Assess feasibility and ROI of AI-led transformation opportunities
- Define use cases involving LLMs, agentic workflows, RPA, ML models, and orchestration platforms
- Create reusable AI solution patterns across value chains

RFP & Proactive Deal Support
- Lead AI solutioning for:
- RFP responses, Client proposals
- Proactive pitches and strategic account mining
- Develop end-to-end solution approaches including:
- Architecture diagrams, Operating model design, Transition roadmap
- Risk and governance considerations
- Partner with sales and account teams to strengthen competitive positioning

Architecture & Solution Design
- Design scalable AI-enabled automation architectures integrating:
- Hyperscaler AI services (Azure AI, AWS, GCP, Open AI, Anthropic)
- Enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, CRM systems)
- Data platforms and middleware
- Define: Agent-based automation models, RAG architectures, Process orchestration frameworks, Human-in-the-loop governance models
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI principles are embedded
- Design scalable AI-enabled automation architectures integrating:

Business Case Development
- Build compelling financial and operational business cases including:
- Productivity impact, Cost savings, Revenue enhancement, ROI and payback analysis
- Quantify transformation value across value chains
- Support deal pricing assumptions and margin analysis
- Develop executive-ready summaries for client decision-makers
- Build compelling financial and operational business cases including:

Executive Presentations & Collateral Development
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for:
- CXO conversations, Board-level discussions, AI governance committees
- Analyst briefings
- Translate technical AI concepts into clear business narratives
- Create reusable pitch decks and solution accelerators
- Maintain visual clarity and structured storytelling in all materials
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for:

Analyst & Market Collaboration
- Work closely with industry analysts to:
- Articulate DPO’s AI differentiation
- Support, analyst briefings
- Contribute to market positioning and reports
- Provide inputs for thought leadership, whitepapers, and POV documents
- Align AI offerings with industry trends and competitive benchmarks

- Account Expansion & Existing Customer Engagement
- Engage with existing DPO customers to identify AI-led transformation opportunities
- Conduct automation discovery workshops
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps for clients
- Support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLM-based architectures, and intelligent automation
- Experience supporting RFPs and complex deal pursuits
- Experience across multiple enterprise value chains
- Strong financial modelling and business case development skills
- Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and executive communication capability
- Familiarity with hyperscaler AI ecosystems
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)
- Experience in agentic workflow design
- Consulting background preferred
- Experience working in global delivery model
