Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth across the Brackenheath and Briticent brands within defined regional territories. The role focuses on developing wholesale and contractor relationships, expanding stockist networks, and supporting the launch and growth of next-generation outdoor and site temporary lighting ranges.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and deliver a focused regional sales strategy aligned to business targets and forecasts.
- Drive growth through wholesale partners and strategic stockist development.
- Build strong working relationships across the electrical wholesale channel and site temporary markets.

Promotional Activity
- Plan and lead promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and stockists.
- Support stockist networks to improve sales-out performance and increase market visibility.
Account Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, securing stockists of new and existing ranges.
- Identify range extension and upsell opportunities that deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and track performance against KPIs.
- Provide clear reporting to support performance and forward planning.
Cross-Functional Working
- Work closely with product, sourcing, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure clear communication, effective support, and alignment with wider business objectives.

What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in an external sales role within the lighting manufacturing sector, specifically managing wholesale accounts.
Proven Success
- A strong history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Effective Communication
- Ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the business and with customers.
Motivated & Driven
- A self-starter who is passionate, motivated, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed.
Full UK Driving Licence
- A valid UK driving licence is required for client visits.
