Are you a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference every day?
We're looking for compassionate individuals to join a brand-new support package for a young girl in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with someone who is full of personality, loves being active in the community, and enjoys spending time doing the things she loves.
About The Role
You will provide 2:1 support to a young girl with complex needs, assisting with all aspects of personal care, daily routines, and community activities.
A calm, patient, and positive approach is essential, as our client can sometimes experience distress during transitions between activities. Consistency, reassurance, and supporting established routines will help her feel safe, comfortable, and confident throughout the day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
