Operating within the newly established umdasch Industrial Solutions division, AT-PAC is a global leader in scaffolding solutions. Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.
AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka’s 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring. This strategic move reinforced AT-PAC’s commitment to strengthening its global market position and delivering exceptional solutions to the industrial sector. Since then, AT-PAC has taken on the role of competence center for scaffolding within the Umdasch Group, ensuring a unified supply model and facilitating the seamless sharing of expertise and resources across divisions.

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator. As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch
- Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed to our Company SOP’s
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock and returning hire material
- Ensure all project-related costs (e.g., transportation, technical services, pre-assembly) are correctly captured, estimated, and invoiced to client as required
- Support and provide assistance to Operations manager when needed in Branch
- Support with information required for completion of Month End Close in line with HQ deadlines where applicable from branch perspective

Qualifications
- Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style
- Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
- Good communication skills internally & externally
