Role Description

The Branch Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gravesend. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the branch, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents and correspondence, and updating property listings and databases. The role involves handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating appointments and viewings, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between sales, lettings, and other branch teams. The Branch Administrator will assist with marketing materials, basic reporting, and compliance-related documentation, while delivering a professional, customer-focused service to clients and colleagues. Collaboration with branch management and negotiators is key to ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.
