Role and Responsibilities:
- Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email
- Processing orders, quotations and customer enquiries
- Picking, packing and receipting stock
- Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks
- Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develops
- Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate
- Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards

Essential Experience
What we’re looking for
- A reliable, customer‑focused attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a small team
Desirable Experience
- Trade counter, warehouse or customer service experience
- Interest in mechanical or hydraulic products
