Branch Assistant Part Time
Part-Time Customer Service / Retail Associate (15 Hours per Week)
We are seeking a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You’ll go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and well-catered for.
About the Role
- Hours: 15 hours per week (5-day or 7-day operation as per location)
- Minimum Age: 17+ (18+ required if working before 6:15 AM, after 9:45 PM, or in warehouses, beers/wine/spirits, or driver roles)
- Focus: Speed, accuracy, and an unwavering customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role in:
- Ensuring shelves are stocked to assist customers quickly
- Enhancing speed of service at the checkout
- Precisely fulfilling delivery orders with accuracy
- Providing friendly, professional service such as helping customers rebuild their businesses efficiently

- Willingness to exceed basic expectations for customers
- Team player with a positive, approachable demeanour
