Branch Assistant Part Time
Part-Time Customer Service & Stock Specialist
About the Role
This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week
We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
We are a 5/7-day operation (check our website for specific opening times). Minimum age requirement: 17 years old. Note: A candidate over the age of 18 is required for roles that involve working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, welfare, warehouse, beers/wines/spirits, or driving.
What You’ll Do
Our customers come first—our mission is to send them back to their business with everything they need as quickly as possible. Your key responsibilities include:
- Keeping shelves fully stocked
- Ensuring speed of service at till points
- Accurate order picking for deliveries
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- A seamless “farewell to farewell” experience for customers
