Mobile Colleague for Timpson, a Service-Based Retail Company
Location: High Wycombe (and surrounding area)
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum (including uncapped weekly bonus)
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days (including weekends), with overtime opportunities available post-training

Responsibilities
As a Mobile Colleague, you’ll:
- Provide a wide range of essential customer services:
- Mobile phone repairs
- Key cutting
- Watch repairs
- Engravings
- Shoe repairs
- Photo processing
- Dry cleaning, and many others
- Assist customers with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
- Meet clients in their homes or businesses (where applicable)
- Build strong relationships and foster goodwill
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
