Branch Colleague – Full Time
Location: Teesside & surrounding areas Salary: £26,624 + uncapped bonus Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a successful high street service retailer.
You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:
- Key cutting
- Watch and mobile phone repairs
- Engraving
- Shoe repairs
- Photo processing
- Maintaining high store standards
- Supporting team members across different locations

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
