Branch Manager – Scania Glasgow
From £60,000 + bonus and an excellent benefits package, including:

A truly exciting opportunity to lead the team at Scania Glasgow as we transition to our brand-new branch. As Branch Manager you will enjoy leading your team, working with autonomy and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ultimately deliver the exceptional customer satisfaction associated with our premium brand.
The team at Glasgow have a great depth of knowledge and experience, which will now be complemented by state-of-the-art facilities, due to be opened in 2027. You will enjoy being responsible for your people, your branch performance and Scania’s reputation in your local area.
You will form part of the senior leadership team in our Scotland region and play a pivotal role in Scania’s continued success as we drive the shift toward a more sustainable transport solution. This truly is an exciting time to join our team at Glasgow.

About you

- Excellent communicator – comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clarity and transparency, always willing to discuss the issues at hand, with a solutions mindset.
- Results orientated – desire to succeed, focussed on the goals at hand, continuously measuring progress and looking for ways to improve.
- Attention to detail – organised with a keen eye for detail, able to tell the story behind the data and act accordingly.
- Experience – leadership experience is a necessity, a proven track record in successfully nurturing teams to deliver results.
