Branch Manager in Maidstone!

Your Role
As a Branch Manager, your role will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your branch. You will need to manage and motivate your team to help meet branch targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to ensure the branch is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilizing your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to ensure it is a safe place to work.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring your customers receive brilliant customer service
- Managing your team well to get the best out of each person
- Building on branch sales and profits
- Having overall accountability for making sure that the branch maintains high operating standards
- Training your team, and ensuring their product knowledge is relevant and up to date
- Managing your stock effectively and properly utilizing your vehicles
- Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and your branch is a safe place to work
- Managing and coordinating the branch stocktake twice a year
