Branch Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact

Operating company: Careline Homecare Location: South Tees Business Centre, Puddlers Road, Middlesbrough TS6 6TL Salary: Up to £36,628 per annum

As the Branch Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated care team—including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors—while ensuring outstanding service, driving compliance, and growing your branch. You’ll leave a lasting impact by making a real difference in people’s lives.


Job Description

What You’ll Do

Your role as Registered Manager is to:

  • Manage day-to-day activities and grow a successful care team, ensuring high-quality personalised care delivery.
  • Ensure the right number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
  • Maintain and enhance care standards, ensuring all processes are followed, documented, and compliant.
  • Hold accountability for internal quality assurance, as well as regulatory compliance and contract holder reporting.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experienced leadership as an efficient, organised manager with a passion for community care.
  • Ideally, hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification or demonstrate strong knowledge of the statutory and regulatory framework applying to your services.
  • A proven track record in budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills.
