Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment? Do you have a "Can Do" attitude and love motivating a team? If so, joining our team could be the perfect next step in your career! At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we don’t just sell bathrooms – we build winning teams. We’re expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to join us in the High Wycombe area, covering from Slough to Oxford.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running your branch like it’s your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
  • Building strong relationships with traders and customers
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
  • Driving profitability through sales, margin growth, and cost control
  • Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
