Role Overview

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn, how HRGO Recruitment delivers value to clients
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills, both personally and as a team leader
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the recruitment sector (preferred)
  • Confidence using technology to improve efficiency
  • Leadership style that fosters high performance and collaboration
  • Financial awareness with a good grasp of numbers and targets
  • A passion for our mission and commitment to organisational growth

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Leeds office, including a team of recruiters and support staff
  • Driving business development to meet and exceed net profit targets
  • Ensuring excellent recruitment services, both for permanent and temporary placements
  • Supporting the team in hitting recruitment targets while growing local client engagement (A–Z business development)
