Role Overview
We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn, how HRGO Recruitment delivers value to clients
- Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills, both personally and as a team leader
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the recruitment sector (preferred)
- Confidence using technology to improve efficiency
- Leadership style that fosters high performance and collaboration
- Financial awareness with a good grasp of numbers and targets
- A passion for our mission and commitment to organisational growth
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
As a Branch Manager, your role will include:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Leeds office, including a team of recruiters and support staff
- Driving business development to meet and exceed net profit targets
- Ensuring excellent recruitment services, both for permanent and temporary placements
- Supporting the team in hitting recruitment targets while growing local client engagement (A–Z business development)
