The package?
- £55,000+ basic
- Uncapped monthly bonuses
- Uncapped profit share (Guaranteed £800 a month bonus as you get settled in - far higher after that)
- Off the tools - in office, at home, and overseeing on site when needed
- Company Car + fuel card -- Only have to travel within a 15 mile radius from office (Bagshot/Sunningdale)

- Based in Berkshire, and established for 20 years already, this HVAC installer are a regional leader and have doubled the revenue in the last 2 years (multi-millions), with 2000+ 5 star reviews.
- They install Air Source Heat Pumps, Boilers and Air-Con alongside offering service and maintenance (across 18 engineers and 2 electricians)
- Their HQ are currently completing 100+ installs a month

The role? This is a new branch, just 20 miles from HQ, thus an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with strong experience in the sector to go off the tools, look after the PNL (profitability) and grow the branch with the full support and backing from HQ.
You will be heavily supported...
- HQ with the directors and full team is just 20 miles away
- There is a huge existing client base and already inbound jobs for that area
- You will have 3 senior engineers transfer over to your branch to assure a steady start
- A huge marketing budget to use at your discretion alongside strategy guidance
- By March 2027, you will have a team of 10 below you (2 Sales, 2 Electricians and 6 engineers - install & service)

Your experience?
- 5+ years in the HVAC industry, a strong understanding of the tools and sales/commercial in the industry, with an entrepreneurial instinct and ambition to grow something here.
