Branch Manager – Screwfix

We champion a healthy work/life balance and encourage part-time applications, working a minimum of 30 hours over 4/5 days.
Key Responsibilities
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A BRANCH MANAGER AT SCREWFIX?
- Lead your team – Motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, achieving outstanding results
- Drive sales – Oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, manage stock, and boost profits
- Make it your own – Shape your store’s culture to reflect your personality while ensuring it remains customer-friendly and team-focused
- Support the area – Collaborate as part of a wider Branch Manager team to achieve KPIs. Focus on key areas you excel in to drive business growth and your own development

✔ An experienced manager with a proven track record in retail, ready to scale up and manage your own store ✔ Passionate about retail and possess strong business management skills ✔ Committed to delivering excellence by putting the customer first ✔ A natural people person who leads by example and inspires teams to deliver their best ✔ Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and eager to work hard
