Branch Manager – Screwfix
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
What’s It Like to Be a Branch Manager at Screwfix?
- Lead your team: Motivate employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving outstanding business results
- Drive sales: Oversee budgets, profit and loss statements, merchandising, stock management, and profit improvement strategies
- Make it your own: Develop a unique store identity that reflects your values and enhances both team culture and customer appeal
- Support the area: Collaborate with other Branch Managers to meet broader KPIs, specialise in a key priority area, and drive business development

- An experienced manager ready to take retail leadership to the next level
- Dedicated to proving your ability to eventually manage your own store Independently
- Passionate about retail with a proven track record in business management
- Naturally customer-focused, understanding that exceptional service builds long-term success
- A people leader who sets a positive example and nurtures team strengths
- Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and committed to hard work
