Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the branch, driving profitability, growth, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to achieve growth targets
- Ensure profitable performance and alignment with company objectives

Customer Management & Service Excellence
- Execute agreed customer plans for key accounts
- Guarantee exceptional quality of customer contact and effective implementation
- Meet service targets across all business segments

Performance & Compliance Monitoring
- Track sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking corrective action as needed
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health, and safety regulations

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with other branches, support functions, and key stakeholders to enhance business operations

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilise data to create strategic reports for planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Provide insights and feedback to colleagues and management
