Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the branch, driving profitability, growth, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Growth

    • Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to achieve growth targets
    • Ensure profitable performance and alignment with company objectives
  • Customer Management & Service Excellence

    • Execute agreed customer plans for key accounts
    • Guarantee exceptional quality of customer contact and effective implementation
    • Meet service targets across all business segments
  • Performance & Compliance Monitoring

    • Track sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking corrective action as needed
    • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health, and safety regulations
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Work closely with other branches, support functions, and key stakeholders to enhance business operations
  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Utilise data to create strategic reports for planning, budgeting, and performance management
    • Provide insights and feedback to colleagues and management
  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and engage branch colleagues to achieve performance targets
    • Foster a positive, productive team environment
    • Support career development and professional growth
