Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and growth
  • Execute agreed customer plans for high-value accounts, ensuring high-quality engagement and effective implementation

Service & Performance excellence

  • Ensure the branch meets targeted service levels across all segments, with a customer-centric focus
  • Monitor sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking action to meet objectives
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety regulations, and company policies

Data & Decision Making

  • Use data for strategic reporting, budgeting, and performance management
  • Provide insights to support tactical business decisions

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, develop, and empower the branch team to meet goals, fostering a positive environment
  • Collaborate closely with other branches, support functions, and stakeholders

  • Work with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships
