Job Description
As Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and growth
- Execute agreed customer plans for high-value accounts, ensuring high-quality engagement and effective implementation
Service & Performance excellence
- Ensure the branch meets targeted service levels across all segments, with a customer-centric focus
- Monitor sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking action to meet objectives
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety regulations, and company policies
Data & Decision Making
- Use data for strategic reporting, budgeting, and performance management
- Provide insights to support tactical business decisions
Team & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead, develop, and empower the branch team to meet goals, fostering a positive environment
- Collaborate closely with other branches, support functions, and stakeholders
