Branch Manager
Branch Manager – Watford
Access Garage Doors, one of the South East’s longest-established and most respected garage door and entrance door specialists, are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Watford branch.

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following core duties:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Watford branch
- Managing and supporting a small team
- Handling customer enquiries, sales, and order processing
- Coordinating installations and branch logistics
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Monitoring stock and delivered goods
- Conducting hands-on work, including manual handling and heavy lifting

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members effectively
- Ensure smooth customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee technical and installation teams (where applicable)
- Maintain and update relevant documentation
- Meet financial targets and service standards
- Represent Access Garage Doors positively in the community
Requirements
- Prior management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in handling customer and supplier interactions
- A sales-focused and proactive approach
- Competency in email, Microsoft Office, and order management systems
- Commitment to leading by example in a hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (with a maximum of 3 points)

Desirable Skills (but not essential)
- Experience in the garage door, construction, builders’ merchant, home improvements, or trade-related industries
- Knowledge of scheduling installations or coordinating operational teams
- Familiarity with stock handling and goods checking processes
Working Hours
- Monday-Friday: 7.30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (rota-based)
