Our client doesn’t just sell bathrooms – they build winning teams. They’re expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team within the Oxfordshire area.

What you'll be doing:
- Running your branch like it's your own business, with full P&L responsibility in a competitive, sales-focused environment.
- Driving sales, growing margin and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
- Building strong relationships with traders and customers to win new business and generate repeat sales.
- Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to deliver outstanding results.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve how your branch operates.
- Creating a winning culture – they work hard, but they have fun doing it!
What they’re looking for:
- A people-focused leader who knows how to get the best out of a team.
- A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets.
- Someone who's resilient, driven and thrives on success.
- A customer-first mindset – they pride themselves on top-tier service.
- A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training).
- You'll ideally come from a KBB, trade, DIY or building supplies background. If you've got the right attitude and a proven sales record, they’ll teach you the rest.
