Are you a sales-focused leader with a strong commercial mindset? We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to work closely with our current Branch Director, leading our Bristol operation into 2026 and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, developing high-performing teams, and driving profitable business growth from the front.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading from the front to grow sales, increase market share and deliver branch profit targets.
  • Taking ownership of branch performance, with responsibility for driving revenue, controlling costs and improving profitability through effective P&L management.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including stock management, logistics, customer service and team performance.
  • Ensuring operational excellence, maximising efficiency and maintaining high service standards across all areas of the branch.
  • Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Marketing your branch locally to attract new business, strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand reputation.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a sales-led management or branch leadership role, ideally within a B2B, distribution, wholesale, trade or commercial environment.
  • An energetic and engaging leadership style, with a passion for developing both people and business performance.
  • Strong commercial expertise, with experience of managing budgets, controlling costs and delivering profitable growth.
  • The ability to remain resilient, focused and calm under pressure while making sound commercial decisions.
  • A proven track record of coaching, motivating and inspiring teams to perform, even during periods of challenge or change.
  • Operational expertise across stock management, logistics and customer service, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce would be advantageous) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within a B2B, distribution, wholesale or commercial environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
