We are recruiting an experienced Branch Manager for a very well-respected plumbers merchant, based in South Oxfordshire.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will currently be a Branch Manager within the construction supplies sector with a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable operation. Experience with plumbing supplies would be preferable, yet management experience within builders' merchants and building supplies sectors will also be welcomed.

You will be responsible for maximising the potential of sales and overall profitability of the branch, with a key focus on business development. Successfully demonstrating sales, negotiation, and stock control will be essential for this role.
