Branch Manager – Camden Town, London
Location: Camden Town, London
Working Arrangement: This is a 12-month secondment opportunity working full-time (35 hours per week) from Monday to Saturday.
Pay: The salary will be pro rata if advertised as part-time. From 1 July 2026, the minimum salary for this role will be £32,800.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the customer experience in your branch is the best on the high street. Your leadership skills and keen commercial mindset will help you get the best results from your team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Branch Manager role in our Camden Town branch
- Drive excellence in customer service to deliver a standout high-street experience

Location & Travel Requirements
- Must be within a 45-minute commute of the Camden Town branch
- Good news: Unlike many banks, we’re keeping our branches open, with Nationwide’s largest network (over 600 branches in the UK)
