Your role: Leading with purpose

What experience matters most?

Ideally, you’ll have builders’ merchant experience, but transferable skills across any sector will work if they include:

  • Inspirational leadership – Can you motivate, mentor, and unite teams?
  • Operational excellence – Do you manage workloads, resources, and efficiency proactively?
  • Sales-first mindset – Comfortable building relationships, driving consultative sales, and spotting growth opportunities?
  • Customer service expertise – Track record of delivering consistently excellent service, resolving issues diplomatically?
  • Commercial fluency – A breath of commercial logic to advocate and execute for best sales and cost performance?
