We're partnering with a fast-growing independent estate agency in Bradford to recruit an experienced Branch Manager. This is an opportunity to join a modern, ambitious business that is challenging traditional agency models through exceptional service, accountability, and a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine business development, people management, and operational oversight. From winning instructions and driving revenue growth to developing your team and ensuring outstanding customer service, you'll play a key role in the continued success and expansion of the business.
What you'll be doing
Lead and develop a high-performing team across residential sales and lettings, creating a culture of accountability and success. Drive valuation activity, win new instructions, and grow market share across the Bradford area. Take ownership of branch performance, ensuring sales, revenue, and profitability targets are consistently achieved. Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring transactions are managed effectively from instruction through to completion. Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training, and clear KPI management. Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and local stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and presence. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to support continued branch growth. Ensure operational excellence across the office, maintaining compliance and high service standards at all times. Act as a key ambassador for the business within the local property market.

About you
Proven experience within residential estate agency at Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer level. A strong track record of winning instructions and delivering against sales targets. An inspirational leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development. Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and raising standards within the industry.
