Looking for your next leadership role in the Motor Factor? We are looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our Cardiff branch – overseeing operations, driving sales, empowering a high-performance team & leading The Power to Supply.
What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily branch operations
- Drive sales and grow customer relationships
- Manage stock and performance
- Develop and motivate your team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in branch management within the motor industry
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Confident leadership and IT skills
