Branch Manager | Power the Team. Drive the Business

Senior Branch Manager – Motor Parts (North Walsham)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our North Walsham branch, mentoring a high-performance team and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales growth, managing stock performance, and fostering a strong customer-focused culture.

The right candidate should bring confident leadership, motor industry expertise, and a results-driven approach to grow our customer relationships and meet financial targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Operations

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day branch activities to ensure seamless motor parts distribution
    • Maintain high standards of customer service, stock management, and team performance
  • Sales & Growth

    • Drive sales targets and customer acquisition through strategic planning and motivational leadership
    • Build and strengthen relationships with local motor retailers and customers

  • Team Development

    • Develop, empower, and cultivate a high-performing team with robust staff training and performance support

  • Stock & Financial Management

    • Audit and optimise stock management processes to reduce waste and improve productivity
    • Ensure adherence to commercial targets and financial reporting standards

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (Dependent on experience)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in branch management within the motor industry
  • Strong sales expertise with a customer-centric approach
  • Expertise in automotive parts and industry best practices
  • Outstanding leadership and IT skills, with the ability to mentor teams
  • Local knowledge of North Walsham / Yarmouth regions and a network in the retail motor trade (highly advantageous)
  • Strong motivator with the ability to inspire a team-driven culture
