Please Read This Before Applying

(Crucial for fit assessment—this role requires strict honesty in self-assessment.)

  • This is a relentless operational performance management role. 50%+ of time will be spent:

    • Observing live client appointments
    • Reviewing post-appointment administration
    • Coaching Legal Advisors side-by-side
    • Holding underperformers accountable via PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) or clean exits
  • Key responsibilities:

    • Decide whether to test evening sessions, Saturday trading, community presence, or referral activities to boost walk-in trade, conversion, and margin. If you prefer a rigid 9–5 with no commercial flexibility, this role is not for you.
    • Must currently lead a team. If you’re not currently managing revenue-generating individuals, the pace and accountability here will be a mismatch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

      • Referral partnerships.
    • Key KPIs to manage daily:
      • Appointment-to-instruction conversion

    • Test trading patterns (e.g., off-hours sessions, socially-driven activations).
  • Local activity monetization:
    • Convert demographics, competitors, and referrals into revenue.

Client Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Right-first-timeculture (Eloquent edit: Emphasis on accuracy and precision at every step):

  • Local Advocacy & Brand Representation:
    • Be the visible face of Right Legal in your regions.

✅ Current People Leader:

  • Directly manage revenue-generating individuals (this is a leadership imperative).

✅ Relentless Performance Manager:

  • Proven track record of moving underperformers to top quartile (or clean exit via PIP discipline).
  • Specific, recent examples required.

✅ Observation-Based Coach:

  • Teach through action (not theory).
  • Live observation of real-world scenarios is your natural operating mode.

✅ Highly Disciplined Operationally:

  • Hold everyone accountable on time.

✅ Commercial Mindset:

  • Read P&L data daily and act accordingly.
  • Own trading patterns, walk-in trade, and community presence as diagnostic levers.

✅ Extrovert & Present:

  • You avoid the branch floor—this is your domain.
  • You delegate/avoid performance conversations rather than owning them.
  • You seek a sales/business development role instead of operational leadership.

  • You expect salary above £45k base.

Key Candidate Requirements Checklist

  • Currently managing a team
  • Experience in high-accountability, target-driven environments
  • Proven coaching via observation/real-time feedback
