About The Role
As our Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch and drive commercial performance. You will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall profitability of the branch.
Key Responsibilities Of Our Branch Manager
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop branch staff, including Deputies, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage branch budgets.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Work with the marketing team to support local promotional activity and brand awareness.
- Represent the branch at community and networking events.
- Promote LV’s Core Values – Familial Values, Integrity, Excellence, and Accountability.
- Ensure compliance with LV HSSQE systems and procedures, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Maintain awareness of trade compliance regulations, multilateral trade regimes, dual-use requirements, and Know Your Customer obligations.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role within logistics.
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
- Commercially minded and results-driven.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
