Key Responsibilities

Project and Contract Oversight:
- Manage branch operations, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, profitably, and on time, aligned with budgets and company objectives
- Oversee estimates, contract documents, and design coordination
- Control schedules and programme delivery to meet deadlines

Stakeholder Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Actively participate in pre-contract meetings to align on project requirements

Resource Allocation:
- Ensure availability of resources (equipment, materials, and team members) align with project timelines
Requirements
Candidates should possess the following must-haves:
✔ Proven experience in construction management, ideally within roofing/flat roofing civils contracting

✔ Active CSCS Card
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Ability to commute to Manchester
Previous experience leading multi-discipline teams, delivering complex projects, and driving efficiency in top-tier construction firms is highly valued.
