# **Branch Manager – Construction Management (Manchester)**

**Location:** Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK
**Salary:** £50,000 – £60,000 **Basic + Bonus (discretionary) + Car Allowance**

Key Responsibilities

  • Project and Contract Oversight:

    • Manage branch operations, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, profitably, and on time, aligned with budgets and company objectives
    • Oversee estimates, contract documents, and design coordination
    • Control schedules and programme delivery to meet deadlines
  • Stakeholder Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
    • Actively participate in pre-contract meetings to align on project requirements
  • Resource Allocation:

    • Ensure availability of resources (equipment, materials, and team members) align with project timelines

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following must-haves:

✔ Proven experience in construction management, ideally within roofing/flat roofing civils contracting

✔ Ability to commute to Manchester
