Branch Manager – LKQ UK & Ireland

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and motivate a large team, including line management responsibilities for the branch team
Sales & Operations
- Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources, and customer service within the branch
- Ensure daily sales targets and operational KPIs are met
- Regular availability: Monday to Friday (8am–6pm), plus alternate Saturdays (8am–4pm)
