Branch Manager – LKQ UK & Ireland

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and motivate a large team, including line management responsibilities for the branch team

Sales & Operations

  • Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources, and customer service within the branch
  • Ensure daily sales targets and operational KPIs are met
  • Regular availability: Monday to Friday (8am–6pm), plus alternate Saturdays (8am–4pm)
