You’ll be responsible for ensuring the customer experience in your branch is the best on the high street. Your leadership skills and keen commercial mind will get the best results from your team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Branch Manager for our branch in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
Role Details
- Secondment Opportunity: 10 months (full-time)
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- Salary: £32,800 per year (from 1 July 2026), pro rata for part-time roles
- Location Requirement:
- Must be within a 45-minute commute of the branch.
- Nationwide’s commitment to the High Street includes the UK’s largest branch network, with over 600 branches. If the location is outside 45 minutes, we encourage exploring vacancies closer to you.
