Nobody’s Child – Branch Merchandiser

About Nobody’s Child

Nobody’s Child is for the free thinkers, the dreamers, and the go-getters. Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people who embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, the Branch Merchandiser will be responsible for driving the performance of our retail stores through effective stock management and allocation.

You’ll work closely with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time, maximising sales opportunities and delivering the best possible customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing store estate and future retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
