Branch Operations Manager

Branch Operations Manager – Frazer Tewkesbury

Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Tewkesbury.

Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
  • Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.
  • Operational Tasks: Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts.
  • Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.
  • Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritize health and safety at all times.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
  • Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
