What You'll Do

You'll lead the day-to-day operation of the branch by:

  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Lawn Operatives
  • Driving branch performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Spending around 80% of your time in the field, coaching, observing treatments and supporting or covering crew runs when required
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with GreenThumb standards, policies and health & safety procedures
  • Planning workloads and making sure daily schedules and monthly targets are achieved
  • Working with Head Office, HR and Training teams to recruit, onboard and develop your people
  • Resolving customer queries and helping improve customer retention
  • Managing stock, equipment, vehicles, budgets and branch reporting to keep operations running smoothly

  • Prefer leading people face-to-face rather than through endless emails

  • Enjoy coaching and developing others
  • Thrive on solving problems and making things happen
  • Have experience managing or mentoring a team in an operational or customer-focused environment
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK

Lawn care experience or PA1/PA6 qualifications are a bonus but not essential. We'll provide the training and support to build your technical knowledge.
