About the Role: Customer Service Apprentice
Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll be on the front line, supporting our customers in our shop. As part of the branch team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our continued success by providing a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Not one day will be the same in TF Solutions branch life, but these are some of the core tasks you’ll be involved in:
- Gain cross-department exposure to explore your strengths and interests, including:
- Interacting with customers either in person at our trade counter or over the phone
- Working with your team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to customers
- In-store tasks:
- Processing customer orders
- Handling phone inquiries
- Stock management (keeping records up-to-date and facing products on shelves)
- Managing supplier deliveries and accurately logging them in the branch
- Gaining broader experience:
- Working in the warehouse to build product knowledge for exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with the administration team to fully grasp all aspects of the business
