Brand Activation Executive
North West - Manchester/Liverpool
Up to £35,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Podkováň Brewery has been brewing traditional Czech lager in the heart of Bohemia for over 600 years. As we continue to grow our UK business, we're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and creative Brand Activation Executive to be the face of our brand in the on trade. This is a hands-on field-based role that combines brand activation, sampling, events, customer engagement, and commercial support to drive awareness and sales across the On Trade.
You'll be responsible for bringing our brands to life where it matters most – in pubs, bars, festivals, and events, while working closely with our Business Development Managers to unlock new opportunities and support commercial growth.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging beer tastings, sampling sessions, and consumer experiences across pubs, bars, events, and festivals.
- Represent the brand at trade and consumer events, acting as a passionate ambassador for our portfolio.
- Plan and execute impactful brand activations that increase visibility and rate of sale.
- Identify and secure opportunities for events, festivals, tap takeovers, partnerships, and promotional activity.
- Support Business Development Managers with customer presentations, sales pitches, and new business meetings.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new venue opportunities for the sales team.
- Ensure excellent execution of point-of-sale materials, visibility assets, and branded equipment within customer venues.
- Coordinate and manage activation logistics, including stock, POS, merchandise, and event requirements.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand activity aligns with commercial objectives.
- Monitor and report on activation performance, customer engagement, and sales impact.

About You:
- Previous experience in Drinks, FMCG, Hospitality, or Marketing.
- Passionate about beer and confident talking about brands.
- Experienced in brand activation, events, marketing, field sales, or customer engagement.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people and creating commercial opportunities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple events, venues, and projects simultaneously.
- Creative and commercially minded, with a flair for developing innovative events, promotions, and activations that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Willing to travel regularly and work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and festivals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
