Brand Activation Executive

Location: Fully remote (UK), with regular travel for events, customer meetings and co-working across London and Hertfordshire (St Albans)

Working Pattern: We're flexible. We're happy to consider both full-time and part-time / fractional applications, ideally a minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: Dependent on experience. We'll share the budget range openly in our first conversation.

Help More Kids Eat Fibre

Scrapples is on a mission to help more kids eat fibre through clean, delicious snacks made from whole fruit. Our ambition is simple: to serve 50 million portions of fibre by 2030.

Our award-winning fruit crisps are made from just 1-2 ingredients, using whole wonky fruit to make better use of perfectly good produce while creating naturally delicious snacks.

We're listed nationally with Tesco, Ocado, Co-op and Brakes. This autumn we'll launch into a second Top 4 retailer, while continuing our international expansion.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a creative, energetic Brand Activation Executive to help bring Scrapples to life wherever families discover us, from social media and sampling events to retail activations and brand partnerships.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led FMCG business at a pivotal stage of growth.

  • You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Founder, with genuine responsibility from day one and plenty of support, encouragement and experience to draw on as you grow.
  • You'll have the opportunity to influence ideas, shape campaigns and make a genuine impact on a fast-growing challenger brand.
  • This isn't a desk-based marketing role. You'll be out meeting families, creating content, leading sampling events, building partnerships and representing Scrapples wherever people discover us.
  • We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking ownership, wearing multiple hats and bringing ideas to life.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be creating social media content, the next leading a nationwide sampling campaign, meeting a potential brand partner, supporting a retailer activation or helping launch a new product.

Ideally, you'll have around 12-18 months' experience, perhaps through an internship, placement year or your first marketing role. But we'll hire the right attitude over the perfect CV every time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This Could Be the Role for You If...

  • Perhaps you've completed an internship or spent your first year supporting a food and drink brand and realised you've found the industry you want to build your career in.
  • Maybe you're looking for more responsibility than a traditional graduate role can offer.
  • Perhaps you've always wanted to work somewhere your ideas genuinely matter and where you can make your own mark.
  • Or perhaps you're simply excited by the opportunity to help build a purpose-led challenger brand from the inside.

What You'll Focus On

Content & Social

Create engaging social media content that captures the personality of Scrapples across our channels. From behind-the-scenes moments and product launches to customer stories and sampling events, you'll help tell our story creatively and authentically.

Sampling & Events

Lead and support nationwide sampling campaigns, retailer activations and community events. You'll become a genuine ambassador for Scrapples, confidently chatting to parents, children and customers while gathering valuable feedback.

Brand Partnerships

Help identify and develop partnerships with like-minded brands, retailers, events, influencers and community organisations that support our activation plans and introduce more families to Scrapples.

Community & Consumer Insight

Spend time talking to consumers, listening to feedback and identifying opportunities to improve how we connect with families. Bring those insights back into the business and help shape future campaigns.

Creative Projects

Support product launches, influencer campaigns, photography, content creation and other special projects that help accelerate the business.

As the business grows, so will the role, with opportunities to develop across brand, shopper marketing, partnerships, commercial projects and leadership.

Who You'll Be

Ideally, you'll have around 12-18 months' experience within marketing, brand, events or FMCG, but we're far more interested in your attitude, potential and ambition than ticking every box.

  • Positive, energetic and enthusiastic. You genuinely enjoy meeting people and representing great brands.
  • A confident communicator who loves chatting to people and building relationships.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong work ethic. You naturally spot opportunities, solve problems and make things happen.
  • Creative, with a good eye for photography, video and social media content.
  • Comfortable creating engaging content using your smartphone and turning ideas into action.
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys developing partnerships and spotting opportunities for collaboration.
  • Happy working independently, while equally enjoying collaborating and co-working with the wider team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME where everyone rolls up their sleeves and no two days are the same.
  • Thrives on responsibility, creativity and being a genuine ambassador for the brand.
  • Genuinely motivated by our mission to help more kids eat fibre.
