Job Overview

The Brand Activation Executive acts as a brand ambassador for Sunrise Beverages, bringing our portfolio of premium brands to life through engaging consumer and customer experiences across the UK.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role focuses on delivering high-quality brand experiences through sampling, customer activations, trade shows, and events. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, the role supports brand visibility, product trial, and customer engagement while ensuring our brands are represented in a professional, engaging, and premium way at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute brand activations including sampling events, in-outlet tastings, and promotional activities across key customers and venues.
  • Represent Sunrise brands at industry trade shows, festivals, and customer events.
  • Confidently present brand stories, product credentials, and serving rituals to customers and consumers.
  • Support the setup and execution of brand stands, POS materials, and activation kits while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support new listings, customer activations, and priority accounts.
  • Maintain high standards of brand representation and professionalism at all events and activations.
  • Gather consumer and customer feedback during activations and share insights with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic and engaging individuals who enjoy interacting with people and representing brands.
  • Passion for premium brands and creating memorable consumer experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required for events and activations.
  • Experience in brand activation, events, hospitality, or experiential marketing is desirable.
  • Interest in beer, hospitality, and drinks culture is highly desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
