Job Description: Brand Activation Manager
Our client, a luxury sports brand, is looking for a Brand Activation Manager to develop and deliver immersive brand experiences that build awareness, deepen customer loyalty, and position them as a leader in their category.
This role leads activations across retail, events, partnerships, ambassador programmes, and community initiatives, creating meaningful moments that connect consumers with the brand's values of adventure, craftsmanship, and performance. It's a great fit for someone who combines luxury brand instincts with a genuine passion for sport and the outdoors, and who's excited by the idea of building experiences around that world.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing annual activation plans aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Creating experiences that bring brand storytelling to life for consumers
- Delivering activations that reinforce premium positioning while driving engagement
- Spotting emerging cultural, sporting, and lifestyle trends to inform strategy
- Identifying and managing strategic partnerships with sports, lifestyle, hospitality, and cultural organisations
- Leading flagship events, product launches, brand retreats, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns
- Working with creative, production, and retail teams for seamless delivery
- Managing event logistics, production schedules, and supplier relationships
- Building relationships with athletes, creators, and brand ambassadors
- Developing community-driven initiatives that build loyalty and engagement
- Collaborating with retail and wholesale partners on elevated in-store experiences
- Supporting new store openings and key retail moments
- Bringing sustainability and purpose-led thinking into activation planning
- Defining activation KPIs and measuring attendance, engagement, earned media, and ROI
- Managing activation budgets and forecasting

What you'll bring
- 5+ years in brand activation, experiential marketing, luxury marketing, or event management
- Experience within luxury, premium apparel, sport, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- A track record of delivering high-impact consumer experiences and activations
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing agencies, production partners, and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- A real passion for outdoor culture, adventure, sport, and lifestyle communities

- An existing network across sport, adventure, and creative communities
- Experience managing athlete, ambassador, or influencer programmes
- Experience developing and managing partnership activations
- Knowledge of sustainability and purpose-led brand marketing
- International activation experience

up to 50k
